Debate Team Reach Semi-Final!

Heartiest congratulations to the Clonlisk Debate Team on reaching the semi-final stage of the Concern Primary Debating Competition organised by Laois Education Centre. In recent weeks, the team successfully proposed the motions: 'Sport stars are bad role-models for children' & 'We need to pay more for our clothes to fight fast fashion' and opposed the motion, 'Billionaires should not go to space'. In the semi-final, the team will be proposing the motion, 'Sustainable cities should have free, regular public transport available to everyone'. Go n-éirí an t-adh leis an bhfoireann!
